I was dreading having to contact Stubb's having never dealt with them and I thought it would be a drawn out process to get someone to fix the leak by the window. I couldn't have been more surprised when they texted me back within a few minutes and sent someone over to the house that day. The roof technician was polite and went straight to work. No more leaks! No problems and no additional cost since my roof is under warranty.
